Dear NTT Employees:

Last week Simpluris mailed to you a check regarding a pending lawsuit which was brought against Dimension Data North America, Inc. by former employee Eileen Hamrick. In addition to the check, the package you received was supposed to include the attached cover letter explaining the purpose of the mailing, and providing you with a detailed explanation of the settlement offer and a proposed release agreement. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this has caused.

Please read the attached documents carefully. If, after reading the attached documents:

• You want to accept the Company’s offer, please sign and deposit the check you previously received.
• You do not want to accept the Company’s offer, you do not have to do anything.
• You already deposited the check you received, but after reading the cover letter and release agreement you have changed your mind, please return the funds you have received to Simpluris within seven (7) days, and the Company consider that you have revoked your acceptance of the offer.
